We typically have a two or three night minimum stay.  Reservations may be secured with a deposit of one night's fee payable by credit card.  Deposits will be returned if the reservation is cancelled more than 2 weeks in advance of check-in date.  During special events, the full amount of your reservation is due 1 month in advance.

Guest check-in is 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm unless by prior arrangement.  Check-out time is 11:00 am.  No pets, no children under 12 unless by prior arrangement.  Smoking is permitted on the front porch and in the courtyard, but not indoors.
